A trained aromatherapist can create a blend of essential oils as a personal prescription to suit your mood, certain ailments or to target areas in the body. For instance, some promote deeper sleep, others promote better circulation.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in the same way that plants have always been used as medicines or to promote health. Lavender, for instance has long since been used to aid sleep and Eucalyptus to help clear our sinusis.. Lemon and other citus oils might invigorate us where as a Rose derived oil might quieten and calm our mood. There are many various types of oils to suit a variety of ailments, moods, emotions and physical conditions.
