The reason we use this basis: Following a consultation at the beginning of a treatment paper records are created with Name, Address and Medical Information.

We process your information in the following ways: Securely stored and used to update records with treatments / products used during your time with us.

Data retention period: 10years (As required by our Federation and Insurance) these are then shredded, completely destroyed and disposed of securely

Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
